Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Systems InspectorSalary: $74,000.00 - $104,000.00 per yearJob Summary: As a fire sprinkler system inspector you will be responsible for the completion of service requests at various locations throughout your given territory. We have positions for professional responsible state-licensed Fire Sprinkler Inspectors. Inspect and test fire sprinkler systems to ensure that they function effectively and meet NFPA standards. Adjust or repair malfunctioning systems. Perform basic sprinkler inspection service. Looking for a dependable, self-starter, with a "Can Do" attitude to work efficiently within our fast-paced environment.Job Duties/ Responsibilities:Basic Technical AbilitySchedule fire sprinkler system inspectionsRun test and inspection on fire alarm and fire sprinkler systemsCoordinate with the local fire department to avoid response to testingRepair system if necessary or inform the Service Department of customer needsAdvise customer of test and inspection resultsRequires excellent communication skills with your Area Coordinator as requested for inspections completed, rescheduled etc.Good written and verbal communication skills required; Good interpersonal skills requiredFull-Time PositionFull-time position with 40+ hours weekly availableYou will be responsible to meet service calls in an efficient mannerIdentify emergencies and respond quickly to support and assist customers in needAbility to use geographical maps, Google Maps, and read/understand maps to schedule effectivelyCustomer Service OrientedYou will be responsible to answer and manage incoming calls with customers and office staffAccurately keeping thorough documentation of service callsOther duties as neededJob Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years post-high school education preferredGood written and verbal communication skills required; Good interpersonal skills requiredBasic skills using Apple/Android tablets is necessaryMust demonstrate excellent communication and listening skillsMust be able to work M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. and be flexibleAbility to handle pressure, various tasks assigned, and meet deadlinesAbility to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and use a ladder up to 8-ftNICET certification and/or fire sprinkler background a plusValid drivers license requiredTravel: 100% of the time, remote work
