Job DescriptionWe built Finni Health with a passion for empowering BCBAs to start their own practice. We are searching for new practice owners in the Denver, CO area who want to join us in democratizing access to autism care.Denver combines urban access with a strong sense of community and a growing population of families seeking reliable, high-quality care. It's a great place to build an ABA practice that reflects your values, with the flexibility to support clients both locally and remotely across Colorado.We recognize that BCBAs have been taken advantage of by clinics for so long, and there needs to be a solution to help them fulfill their passion for ABA. Our vision is that by mixing the best software with world-class providers, we will create an all-in-one solution to support every BCBA who wants to deliver meticulous care to families.We're seeking a provider in Denver to help them build their behavioral therapy practice. The practice can focus on serving families in the local community or expand to remote clients in other states. As a practice owner, you will work with us to set up your own practice from the ground up and help us set the foundation for empowering all BCBAs nationwide!Learn more here: https://www.finnihealth.com/providersWhat the role entails!Collaborate with our team on setting up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.Monitor the effectiveness of the treatment approach and modify the program as needed.Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports accordingly.Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and other related in-service programs, including client-specific intervention training to staff and parents.Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the most recent research findings.Trains and supervises clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback to staff for the direct implementation of ABA interventionsCollaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related FieldValid BCBA Certification.Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.Strong leadership skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Why work with us?We solve every problem a BCBA would face when starting a practice, such that BCBAs can pursue their dream without risk.You get to change an industry!We lead with empathy - families come first.We believe in the highest standard of care - we will not overwork or extend your caseload.Happy providers are the backbone of healthcare.We will invest in & provide an extensive curriculum, continuous training, supervision, & mentorship for teammates to ensure the highest level of clinical treatment is offered to clients.Benefits:401(k)Continuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insuranceCompensation Package:Bonus opportunitiesSchedule:Monday to FridayLicense/Certification:BCBA (Required)Work Location: Remote
