The Senior Recruiter will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical and professional roles.Qualifications3-5 years experience in recruitmentBachelor's degreeExceptional Interviewing, Candidate Evaluation, and Negotiation skillsProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruitment Tools, and DatabasesAbility to build strong relationships with candidates and contractorsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven organizational and time management abilitiesRelevant experience in recruiting for IT, Engineering, Healthcare
