CMIT Solutions of Everett provides IT services for businesses in the North Puget Sound region. We are looking to hire a Service Desk Technician to respond to client service requests. To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below. *Desired Qualities:** Good computer troubleshooting skills * Calm demeanor, not easily stressed* Friendly personality* Personable and good with people* Fast learner* Strong communicator* Ability to juggle competing priorities* Fast thinker; ability to think on your feet*Job Duties:** Respond to service requests via phone, email, chat. * Troubleshoot and resolve problems, or escalate to appropriate resources if unable to resolve.* Install equipment and software* Maintain client communications, enter notes in tickets, and ensure clients' needs are met.* Periodic travel to client sites may be required.*Requirements:** 2+ years' experience in Windows desktop technologies. * Knowledgeable and comfortable with hands-on desktop work.* Experience supporting end-users.* Certifications a plus.* Must have valid drivers license and reliable vehicle w/insurance.*Nice to Have:** Experience working with ticketing systems such as Autotask or ConnectWise. xrczosw * Experience working with monitoring systems such as Continuum, ConnectWise, or Kaseya.
