Job TitleAt a high level, the resource will:Provide leadership and guidance for projectsProvide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomesCreate clear and attainable project objectivesCreate clear and attainable project requirementsManage project constraints of cost, time, and scopeForm close links with team members and stakeholdersThe work is expected to be done as Hybrid; partially remote/partially in person. The location for on-site work will be 445 Minnesota Street, Saint Paul, MN 55101 with at least three days in the office each week.Sample tasks:Provide leadership and guidance for projectsProvide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomesCreate clear and attainable project objectivesCreate clear and attainable project requirementsManage project constraints of cost, time and scopeForm close links with team members and stakeholdersDirect & manage project development from beginning to endDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholdersEstimate project resource requirements and participants needed to achieve goals including changes during where necessaryIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathEstablish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverablesManage changes in project scope, identify potential crises or issues, and devise contingency plans as appropriateCommunicate project plans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely & clear fashion when necessaryManage multiple smaller projectsProvide knowledge transferDesired skills:Five (5) years of experience in an IT Project Management roleTwo (2) engagements lasting more than six months in an IT Project Manager roleDemonstrable leadership abilityPMP certification
