We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, including troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. Critical Requirement: Certification: Must possess a CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification. Documentation: Proof of current certification. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for computer systems, servers, networks, software, and hardware. Troubleshooting and resolving network, hardware, or software issues (e.g., slow PCs, internet repairs, machine lock-ups). Ensuring all PCs and servers are up to date with automatic updates, anti-virus, adware/spyware software, backup configurations, and desktop maintenance settings. Assisting with email configuration and troubleshooting through Outlook. Providing on-site training to staff as needed. Recommending and implementing upgrades for software, hardware, or other systems as necessary. Conducting an annual review of the clients Cyber security program. Assisting with updates and maintenance of the organization's website. Working Hours: Typical working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a strong expectation of a two-hour response time for addressing issues. Onsite Requirement: This role requires on-site work, particularly for tasks such as troubleshooting, training, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
