Conduct search of old and current records to establish continuity of patient's history.
Use electronic software and printing equipment to generate correspondence.
Review correspondence for correct spelling, grammar, format, clarity of expression, accuracy and consistency of facts, and appropriate tone before distribution.
Write routine factual correspondence to provide information between agencies.
Generate a vast amount of correspondence, primarily in the form of memoranda and letters for distribution.
