If you can handle a high-volume caseload and are looking to be on a winning team, please apply today.Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000 yearlyWant to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Responsibilities:Settle on the clients' behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreementsHandle personal injury case files from start to finishRepresent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigationResearch case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the caseRecord and update the status of all case files in the case management systemQualifications:A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desiredState license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatoryMust be computer proficientSuperior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is neededBachelor's degree and a J.D. degree is requiredAbout CompanyYou will work directly under our founding attorney, Ariel Lett, Esq.Mr. Lett is the Managing Attorney of Lett Law, Miami's premier Black-owned, multi-award-winning law firm, focusing on personal injury, criminal defense, and civil rights claims.
