Stability, accountability, and consistent execution define the company's culture.Job DescriptionProject Planning & ExecutionManage projects from preconstruction through closeout and owner turnover.Develop, maintain, and update project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.Coordinate subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and scope alignment.Partner closely with Superintendents to align field operations and logistics.Client & Team LeadershipServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.Lead OAC meetings, progress updates, and internal project reviews.Communicate project status clearly and proactively to all stakeholders.Risk, Cost & Quality ControlManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Identify and mitigate schedule, cost, and constructability risks.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
