Facility location: 2840 5th Street, Davis, CA 95618.Position summary: The licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) outpatient clinician is responsible for providing treatment and case management activities to the patient, which may include individual and group therapy, linkage with community resources, and discharge planning. Sierra Vista Hospital, a 171-bed psychiatric care facility located in south Sacramento, is a full-service mental health facility and a center of support for patients and their families.
