In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then we want to hear from you at Complete Care of Monmouth!Dietary Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities:Assists the dietary manager and department with necessary tasks to ensure residents dietary needs are metPrepare meals under the supervision of a cook and/or Food Service DirectorDeliver food trucks to units at designated timesDiscard leftovers and take out garbageClean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverwareStock ingredients and monitor inventoryAdheres to the facilities policies and procedures regarding the Compliance Program Follow all local, state and federal regulations as they pertain to the position High School Diploma or equivalentPositive, creative, and energetic individual Ability to work independently or part of a groupExperience as a dietary aide in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility Dietary Aide Schedules & Benefits:Schedule: Full-time, part-time Morning shifts, and every other weekend.Daily Pay Available Health, dental, vision and PTO for full time employeesOpportunities for advancement Complete Care at Monmouth is an equal opportunity employer.
