Job Description Scarlet Home Health Care is adding to the team! We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This position would offer flexible hours and a stable caseload and cover Columbus and surrounding areas.We are looking for someone who can help improve the well-being of our patients and their families and has the heart and skills to work with home-bound patients.The person we are looking for enjoys appreciation for their hard work, makes a difference in providing quality care, and wants to be part of a work family, not just another employee.Qualifications Ability to perform routine visits utilizing effective therapeutic interventions Work with other disciplines to give the best care needed for each patient. Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed. When appropriate teach and counsel family members about care and processes for disease/injuries. Attend orientation, meetings, and CEUs
