We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Supervisor (LPN) to support our residents' daily living needs and ensure high-quality, dignified care. If you are a strong communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy mentoring others, this role is for you.Educational, Physical, and Other Requirements:Must pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse (Learn more: https://info.flclearinghouse.com)Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management in a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community), senior living, healthcare, or related industryGeneral Contractor's License, Building Contractor's License, or Residential Contractor's License preferredSpecialized licenses or certifications required in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, or other relevant tradesEPA certification for HVAC systems is preferredKey Responsibilities:• Supervise Wellness Associates and ensure adequate shift coverage• Oversee and support delivery of assistance with activities of daily living• Promote resident independence while ensuring safe, compassionate care• Maintain compliance with community policies and state regulatory guidelines• Conduct regular oversight of resident apartments and community areas• Assist with physical care tasks such as ambulation, vital signs, and monitoring• Perform physically active duties including lifting, bending, walking, and assisting residentsQualifications:• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living or skilled nursing• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask• Excellent verbal and written communicationAbout the OrganizationJohn Knox Village of Central Florida, Inc., is a Non Profit prestigious full-service retirement community situated on 200 beautiful acres in Orange City, Florida with approximately 800 residents and 600 employees.Mission Statement:"Our mission at John Knox Village is to offer an unparalleled experience for a healthy lifestyle throughout our unique community.
