Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney at Austin Hagee Law Firm, located in San Antonio, TX. The attorney that is given this opportunity will be responsible for handling criminal cases from start to finish. Including but not limited to, conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing for and representing clients in court, handling pre-trial hearings (including motions to suppress & motions to set aside), managing a trial docket, and taking cases to jury trial. Notably, our firm is focused on client experience, and we need someone that can confidently support the emotional and legal needs of all their clients. In this role, the attorney will work closely with clients, maintaining communication and ensuring their rights are protected and advocated for throughout the legal process.
