This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer who enjoys designing, integrating, and testing complex electrical systems. While aerospace experience is beneficial, it is not required engineers with strong wire harness design and electrical systems integration experience from automotive, heavy equipment, defense, industrial, or related industries are encouraged to apply.What You'll DoDesign and integrate electrical systems for military aircraft modifications and avionics upgrades.Develop electrical wiring and power distribution designs for new and existing aircraft systems.Create and maintain wiring diagrams, interface documentation, and electrical design packages.Support aircraft and laboratory integration, verification, and troubleshooting activities.Develop electrical interface and power test plans and perform system verification testing.Troubleshoot electrical integration issues involving digital and analog interfaces.Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the design, integration, and testing lifecycle.Serve as a technical lead on assigned projects, managing schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on electrical integration activities.Support aircraft installations and testing in both laboratory and hangar environments.Travel occasionally (
