Account Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager in Atlanta, GA to support and grow our existing client accounts within the Staffing space.Must have experience in the staffing industry. Prior or current Account Management experience is required. MUST be local to Atlanta, GAThis is a salary + incentives position.This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who understands staffing operations and is ready to take ownership of account growth.You will work closely with internal recruiting teams and client stakeholders to strengthen relationships, increase requisition flow, and expand our footprint within assigned accounts.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support assigned client accountsBuild strong working relationships with hiring managers and program contactsMaintain regular communication to understand hiring needs and upcoming demandIdentify opportunities to increase account penetration and wallet shareSupport expansion into new departments within existing accountsPartner with recruiting/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillmentAssist in developing relationships within VMS/MSP structuresTrack account performance and contribute to growth targetsPerformance Metrics:Growth in revenue within assigned accountsIncrease in requisition volumeClient engagement and responsivenessExpansion into additional departmentsClient retentionQualifications:2+ years of experience in Staffing Industry (Recruiting or Account Management)Basic understanding of VMS/MSP programsStrong communication and follow-up skillsOrganized, proactive, and relationship-drivenComfortable working in a remote environment
