This role involves managing acute and critical patients, performing rapid assessments, and delivering life-saving interventions during weekend night shifts.✅ Must-Have Skills:✔ Active Iowa RN License✔ Strong Emergency Room experience✔ Ability to handle high-acuity and trauma cases✔ Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills✔ Strong communication and teamwork abilities Experience Required:✔ Minimum 3 years of ER experience✔ Experience in high-volume emergency settings preferred Key Responsibilities:• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage• Administer medications and emergency treatments• Monitor and stabilize critically ill or injured patients• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams• Provide patient and family education• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR• Ensure compliance with emergency care protocolsCloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #296170.
