This is a highly hands-on role focused on owning and supporting AWS infrastructure, ensuring compliance with federal cloud security standards, and driving operational excellence across cloud environments.This is not a pure software development role. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical operations lead and trusted cloud advisor with deep expertise in AWS architecture, cloud security, governance, and operational support.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage enterprise IT and data-focused programs from planning through execution and operational supportCoordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholdersOversee project schedules, milestones, system releases, and operational activities across multiple teamsManage program risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests to ensure successful deliveryCollaborate with technical teams supporting Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, and reporting platformsCoordinate system outages, release activities, and production support efforts across organizationsSupport Agile project management activities including sprint planning, backlog tracking, and status reportingDevelop and deliver program briefings, dashboards, reports, and executive-level updatesUtilize tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint to manage workflows, documentation, and project activitiesWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and align technical efforts with business objectivesEnsure testing, quality assurance, and operational readiness activities are completed successfullySupport cloud-based initiatives and data migration efforts within AWS and related environmentsFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and successful program executionRequired QualificationsMust be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearanceMust be willing and able to work hybrid on-site in the location listedStrong experience supporting and managing AWS cloud environments in an operational or architecture-focused roleAWS Solutions Architect - Professional certificationAWS DevOps Engineer - Professional certificationAWS Security Specialty certificationExperience owning and operating production AWS environmentsStrong understanding of AWS security, governance, and operational best practicesExperience with cloud infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational supportStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently within a small business environmentPreferred CertificationsCISSP or CISM certificationExperience supporting federal government cloud environmentsFamiliarity with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance requirementsExperience working within federal consulting or government contracting environments#CJFantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
