Lockout/Tagout & Electrical Safety Trainer
FRAME Technical Services, LLC seeks experienced instructors for Hanford Site Lockout/Tagout and Electrical Safety courses. The successful candidates will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who can work well on a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.Schedule: Typical work schedule is a 4x10 working Monday through Thursday.Responsibilities Include:Professional training and relevant experience specific to this scope of work are required. Task-specific or unique qualifications include:Deliver LOTO training to workers on the necessary skills to properly control the unexpected release of hazardous energy or materials.Conduct student evaluations to assess knowledge.Deliver training related to skills to properly use and control electrical energy, understand electrical hazards, and implement hazard controls.Perform reviews and assist in the development/revision of course materials.Must be able to deliver training as needed and on occasional short notice.Required Qualifications:Valid driver licenseMinimum 2 years' experience with LOTO regulations (NFPA 70E)Minimum 18 months experience teaching LOTO courses at a Government Owned Facility (e.g. DOD, DOE, or other highly regulated environment)Desired Qualifications:Current or previous Washington State Electrical License.Prior experience as an electrical engineer, electrical inspector, or Journeyman Electrician.Basic use of audio/visual equipment.Must be able to communicate effectively in large groups at all levels of the organization.Other Information:Salary package information - dependent on experience and educationFull benefits package may be offered depending on the position
