THIS IS NOT A JOB WITH FORCEBRANDSOur client, a leading adult beverage supplier is seeking a Nevada State Manager to lead market execution, distributor management, and portfolio growth across the state of Nevada. This is a high-impact, market-facing role for someone who knows the Nevada beverage alcohol landscape and can drive results through distributor partnerships, account relationships, and disciplined business planning.The ideal candidate brings strong domestic wine and beverage alcohol experience, meaningful wholesaler management exposure, and the ability to move comfortably between commercial wine, premium wine, imports, and broader beverage portfolio selling.What You'll Do:Manage and grow a full beverage alcohol portfolio across Nevada, including on-premise, off-premise, chain, independent, grocery, liquor, and hospitality channelsServe as the primary in-market lead for distributor execution, programming, sales activity, and market follow-throughBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributor leadership, sales teams, key accounts, retailers, restaurants, and hospitality buyersDevelop and execute market plans, sales programming, incentives, pricing support, budgets, and account-level strategiesConduct distributor sales meetings, product education, tastings, trainings, business reviews, and planning meetingsMonitor market trends, competitive activity, inventory, pricing, AR, and distributor performancePartner closely with regional leadership to identify opportunities, solve market challenges, and improve executionSpend meaningful time in the market working with distributor reps, visiting accounts, and driving brand visibility and velocityWhat You Bring:5+ years of beverage alcohol experience, ideally with wine, distributor management, supplier sales, trade marketing, or portfolio management experienceStrong knowledge of the Nevada market, especially Las Vegas-area retailers, restaurants, hospitality accounts, and distributor dynamicsExperience managing and influencing wholesaler teamsComfortable working across both commercial and premium wine portfoliosProven ability to build market plans, manage programming, present to sales teams, and drive measurable resultsStrong business acumen across pricing, budgets, reporting, incentives, account planning, and sales executionProactive, assertive, accountable, and highly market-facingStrong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skillsValid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market as neededIf this sounds like you, we invite you to apply!
