Aseptic OperatorJoin our team as an Aseptic Operator and play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our aseptic environments. This position offers opportunities on both the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training and work within a cleanroom setting.1 Openings on 2nd: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm - $29.70 - $332 Openings on 3rd: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am - $31.05 - $34.50ResponsibilitiesComplete training modules regarding cleaning and sanitization methods for aseptic environments, utilizing germicidal, bactericidal, and virucidal agents such as isopropyl alcohol, Sporklenz, and Minnteck.Complete training modules on gowning techniques for entrance to and from ISO 5/6 designated areas.Perform setup activities and operate aseptic filling machines, including post-fill cleaning activities.Assess processes performed and, if necessary, stop a line to ensure a quality product.Ensure good document practices in recording, maintaining, reviewing, and organizing batch records, forms, documents, and logbooks.Assist other team members in manufacturing areas when needed.Maintain good workplace organization and housekeeping.Adhere to applicable SOP, GMP, and ISO rules and regulations related to the position.Train and instruct personnel to perform tasks following appropriate protocols.Essential SkillsHigh school graduate or equivalent1 to 3 years of industry experienceExperience with cGMP and aseptic gowning for ISO 5/6 is helpfulAdditional Skills & QualificationsPharmaceutical industry experience is helpfulWhy Work Here?We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance.
