This program is designed to provide meaningful work experience in a professional production environment while developing foundational skills in safety, teamwork, and accountability.Participants will support daily operations under the direction of supervisors and experienced team members while adhering to all company policies and safety requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned tasks in production or support areas under direct supervisionFollow all safety rules, procedures, and work instructions at all timesMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areasWork collaboratively with team members to meet operational goalsReport safety concerns, near misses, injuries, or equipment issues immediately to managementParticipate in required training and follow all guidance provided by supervisorsMinimum QualificationsMust be a graduating high school seniorAbility to work full-time hours during the program durationAbility to understand and follow instructionsDemonstrated willingness to learn and contribute in a team environmentMust be 18 years of age or older at the start of employment.
