Our client is a boutique CPA firm in Northern New Jersey, providing full-service accounting, audit, and advisory support to ultra high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and privately held businesses. Known for its personalized client service, technical expertise, and long-standing relationships with some of the region's most successful families and entrepreneurs, the firm is seeking an Audit or Accounting Associate! Compensation : $95000 - $150000 Job ID : 40773 Job Function:Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and privately held businesses.Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.Support tax preparation and advisory services, including gathering documentation and coordinating with clients.Collaborate with senior team members to provide insights and recommendations to clients.Maintain organized client files and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Stay current on accounting regulations, audit standards, and industry best practices.Job Requirements: 3+ years of A&A experience out of Public Accounting. Bachelors degree in Accounting.
