This W2 PRN role (not 1099) offers flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful, real‐world therapy by bringing outpatient‐level care directly to clients.Our model supports clients in regaining independence where it matters most at home and in the community.What You'll Do:Provide functional speech, language, cognitive, and communication therapy in real‐life settingsSupport clients as they transition back to driving, back to work, and increased community participationWork one‐on‐one with clients in environments that promote stronger carryover and outcomesCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, and LCSWsWhy You'll Love This Role:PRN W2 position — flexibility with organizational supportHourly pay (paid for your time, not per visit)Flexible schedule created by youDrive time & mileage reimbursementIn‐person 1:1 therapy with documentation completed from homeNo weekend shiftsEducational program accessSupportive, clinician‐focused team environmentIf you're looking for a flexible role that lets you practice at the top of your license and make a real impact in daily life activities, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and experience Rehab Without Walls where therapy meets real life.What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans of patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disordersRegularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferencesPerform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resourcesCommunicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family membersCommunicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomesWhat you will need:Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology programValid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practiceCurrent CPR CertificationA minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language PathologistDemonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferredCommunicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactionsAbility to lift 50 poundsMoving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety proceduresDuties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periodsAdditional physical requirements include:pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at timesA health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodationsRehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
