We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SLP who is passionate about functional rehabilitation and ready to make a meaningful difference.Who We're Looking For:A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong background in real-world, functional therapy.Someone who goes beyond the clinic—supporting clients in everyday experiences like cooking in their own kitchens, navigating grocery stores, dining out, enjoying outdoor activities, and succeeding at work.A professional who thrives in autonomous settings and values being part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapists.What You'll Receive:Flexible Schedule Created by You – Work when and where it fits your life.Hourly Pay – Get compensated for your time, not just your visits.Driving, Travel & Mileage Reimbursement – We support your mobility.Educational Programs – Continue growing your expertise.Growth & Advancement Opportunities – Build your future with us.If you're ready to bring therapy into the real world and help clients achieve meaningful goals, we'd love to hear from you!Apply today and start making a difference where life happens.What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans of patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disordersRegularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferencesPerform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resourcesCommunicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family membersCommunicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomesWhat you will need:Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology programValid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practiceCurrent CPR CertificationA minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language PathologistDemonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferredCommunicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactionsAbility to lift 50 poundsMoving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety proceduresDuties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periodsAdditional physical requirements include:pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at timesA health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodationsRehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
