As a substitute teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive learning environment, following lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, and managing classroom behavior. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' academic experiences.Key Responsibilities:Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and ensure all students are engaged in classroom activities.Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment.Provide students with appropriate feedback and support.Assist with administrative tasks, including attendance and reporting student progress.Communicate with the school staff and administration regarding any issues or concerns.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required).Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred, but not required).Previous teaching or childcare experience is a plus.Ability to manage a classroom effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to pass a background check.Equal Opportunity Employer
