Data Platform Program Manager

Data Platforms Program ManagerInsight Global is seeking a Data Platforms Program Manager for a leading healthcare technology client. This individual will establish and lead an enterprise-wide program responsible for identifying, prioritizing, ingesting, governing, modeling, and managing data within a centralized Snowflake environment. The Program Manager will bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to a complex, multi-phase initiative spanning numerous business and corporate data domains. This role will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of data sources—from discovery and prioritization through ingestion, production implementation, and operational transition—while partnering closely with Data Engineering, Data Product, Data Governance, Data Intelligence, and business stakeholders across the organization. The Program Manager will drive integrated roadmap planning, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate decision-making, and ensure onboarding efforts address data ownership, governance, quality, lineage, security, compliance, and downstream consumption requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong program leadership experience and enough technical fluency to understand modern data platforms, ingestion strategies, and governance frameworks without serving as a hands-on architect or engineer.
