Customer Service / Sales Support RepresentativeBusy Manufacturing company located near Midway airport is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidate is comfortable responding to customers via phone and email and updating customers accountants. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support.Prepare, manage, and follow up on customer quotes, including revisions and pricing updates.Assist customers with order status updates, expediting requests, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.Enter and process customer orders within NetSuite ERP while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.Partner closely with Manufacturing and Shipping teams to confirm lead times, coordinate deliveries, and communicate order updates.Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, pricing details, and account updates.Support day-to-day sales operations through order entry, customer inquiries, and post-sale customer service.QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience working within an ERP or CRM system such as NetSuite is preferred; training will be provided.Open to candidates from a variety of industries — manufacturing experience is not required.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Benefits include: Medidal, dental, vision-Salary $65,000-$70,000
