Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)Reports To: Director of TherapyShift: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through FridayStatus: Non-ExemptJob Title: Speech Language PathologistAbout Applied Behavior Center for Autism:At the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.Position Overview:Speech Therapists provide speech services collaboratively with our other clinical staff and patients within our clinical settings utilize the most current research and evidence based practices to provide high quality services to those patients that we serve. In addition, they will collaborate with our other SLPs and OTs to deliver exceptional care.Required Qualifications:Licensed SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY in the state of Indiana.Compensation:Pay Range: Up to $60 per hour for billable services commensurate with experience and certification. Up to $20 per hour for administrative time.Benefits:3% match 401k plan9 PTO days + 9 paid holidaysFull health, dental, and vision insuranceDedicated Research DepartmentKey Responsibilities:Therapy:Follows treatment plan developed in collaboration with other clinicians by using techniques that are researched and evidenced based.Maintains patient speech therapy records by recording client's progress within our electronic medical records system.Records and inputs own billing information of services rendered within electronic schedule and billing software.Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.Serves and protects the speech therapy practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and National and state organization.Helps patients improve their quality of life by providing treatment for their applicable deficits and working persons with special needs patients to increase their language and speech skills.Preferred Qualifications:Dedication to the children and families we serveAble to provide therapy onsite at assigned locationsDocumentation Skills, Scheduling, Verbal Communication, Patient Services, Teamwork, Use of Medical Electronic Data collection system, and Dependability.If you are passionate about working with children and making a significant impact in the lives of families affected by autism, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Registered Behavior Technician at our Applied Behavior Center for Autism
