Sales Director - MISO
Building a pipeline of commercial and industrial customers in the Midwest, the full-time remote Sales Director - MISO will prospect new business through cold calling and outreach, manage the full sales cycle, and educate clients on demand response programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate a pipeline through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and self-sourced lead development
Own the full sales cycle from initial cold call through contract close on net-new accounts
Build and manage relationships with Facility Managers, Operations leaders, and financial decision makersRequired QualificationsProven track record of self-generated outbound prospecting and closing net-new business
Experience selling into commercial and industrial accounts, preferably with existing relationships in the Midwest
Familiarity with energy markets or C&I energy buyers is a plus, but not required
Coachable and feedback-oriented with a long-term mindset for growth
Comfortable with self-direction and activity metrics during the initial ramp period
