This role owns the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle—from vendor evaluation and competitive bidding to contract execution and supplier performance management—while leveraging modern procurement tools, AI-powered analytics, and data-driven metrics to deliver measurable savings and operational excellence.A career with purpose.A career built on making dreams come true.A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Strategic Sourcing & Cost OptimizationDevelop and execute a sourcing roadmap across IT and business categories (software, SaaS, hardware, infrastructure, managed services, and telecom), with a primary focus on cost savings, speed of delivery, and quality outcomes.Drive competitive sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), benchmarking, and supplier evaluations to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) and maximize value.Leverage modern procurement platforms and AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing workflows, accelerate cycle times, and surface cost-saving opportunities.Partner with technology and business leaders to proactively identify sourcing opportunities aligned to product roadmaps, cloud migration, and digital transformation priorities.Legal Contracts & ComplianceLead end-to-end contract negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, software licensing, and SaaS agreements, ensuring favorable commercial terms with a sharp focus on risk mitigation and cost control.Maintain updated legal contract templates and negotiation playbooks to drive consistency, speed, and quality across all contracting activity.Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure all agreements meet compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, data privacy) and protect Lennar's interests.Define and track key procurement KPIs—including cost savings, cycle time, contract compliance, and supplier performance ratings—to drive continuous improvement across the sourcing workflow.Build and maintain a supplier management framework that monitors vendor health, SLA adherence, and escalation resolution, ensuring accountability at every stage.Provide executive-level reporting on sourcing outcomes, savings delivery, and supplier risk, enabling data-driven decisions by senior leadership.Use AI and analytics capabilities to identify spend patterns, forecast demand, and proactively surface cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationLead and develop a high-performing team of sourcing professionals and category managers, fostering a culture of speed, accountability, and continuous improvement.Build strong partnerships with LTG, Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure sourcing delivers value, efficiency, and innovation enablement.Champion procurement best practices and tool adoption, driving standardization and scalability across the enterprise.What You Bring8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings through competitive sourcing, negotiation, and contract optimization.Hands-on experience with modern procurement platforms and familiarity with AI-driven sourcing and spend analytics tools.Strong legal and commercial acumen; experience negotiating complex technology contracts including SaaS, MSAs, and SOWs.Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, capture, and communicate procurement metrics and KPIs to executive stakeholders.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of influencing without authority.Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD or relevant advanced degree preferred. CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent certification a plus.General Overview of Compensation & BenefitsWe reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $165,500.00 to $206,900.00, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications and geographic pay differentials.
