Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join outpatient only primary care team? Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday? Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.? 72 patient per week via clinical encounters? Dax AI? Epic EMR? $45/wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus? Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness)? Year 1 ? Base salary of $312,900? Year 2 & beyond ? Value based incentive plan up to 10% of eligible earnings, Includes but not limited to clinical quality, productivity, and patient experience? Signing Bonus:$60,000?
