Tutoring takes place in-person, either one-on-one or in groups of two.Tutors are responsible for preparing for and holding sessions, completing necessary trainings, and submitting session reports. All of these activities are paid. It is expected that all Tutors uphold and encourage academic honesty and all other related policies.Applicants should have a 3.0 cumulative OR major GPA and may work with courses in which they scored a B or higher.All Tutors are paid $10 per hour.Assist students in a designated academic subject or discipline as neededFoster educational growth and development; identify educational needs and provide assistance as necessaryEnsure confidentiality of all pertinent informationProvide information and excellent customer service to constituentsMaintain a safe and supportive environmentAbility to comply with University policiesMaintain regular and punctual attendanceEmployer: Baylor UniversityWork Location: Simpson Ath & Academic Complex
