This group has built a strong reputation working with repeat clients and operates primarily in negotiated/design-build environments.They are known for their hands-on leadership, strong client relationships, and ability to deliver quality projects across a diverse portfolio.Position OverviewThe company is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up and renovation commercial projects ranging from $500K – $40M.This role is ideal for a hands-on builder who takes pride in running projects in the field, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and with high quality.
