Our agents receive hands-on mentorship, real-world training, leadership development, sales coaching, and access to proven systems designed to help driven individuals succeed—especially those newer to the insurance industry.Responsibilities include:* Meeting with prospective clients and conducting needs-based consultations* Presenting life, health, Medicare, group benefits, and retirement solutions* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships* Processing applications and managing follow-up communication* Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development* Growing your personal brand while building a book of businessQualifications* Highly motivated, coachable, and growth-minded* Strong communication and relationship-building skills* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful* Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment* Customer service, sales, or leadership experience is helpful but not required* Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain one—we can help guide you through the process)* Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not necessary for the right individualIf you’re driven, coachable, and looking for an opportunity to build a career—not just find another job—we’d love to connect.
