We bring this expertise and perspective to the challenge of creating learning environments in which students thrive. As K12 is one of the firm's highest net service revenue market sectors, maintaining and growing our sector experience is a critical success factor. Relationships and trust are a big part of our success.What LS3P is Looking ForLS3P is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented K-12 Education Specialist to join our team. This individual will focus on school districts throughout the Southeast, with an emphasis on our NC K12 clients, to both maintain and develop new clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with LS3P's K12 Practice Leader, business development teams and the firm's senior leadership.Client Relationships and Business Development Strategy:Work closely with the K12 PAC Leader, business development teams and the firm's senior leadership to maintain and strengthen existing K12 client relationships.Cultivate a pipeline for new business opportunities with educational clients.Work with the firm's K12 PAC leader to develop and implement a comprehensive, metrics-driven understanding of the firm's K12 business development strategy.Client Engagement and Growth Opportunities:Identify and pursue new growth opportunities with school districts through targeted outreach and timely follow-through.Conduct research to identify potential K-12 clients.Develop and maintain strong K-12 client relationships.Gather information on potential K-12 clients and projects, scheduling meetings to uncover new project opportunities.Develop and manage strategic partnerships to support business growth.Internal Collaboration:Involve the K12 PAC leader and other team members in client meetings to leverage firm-wide expertise.Work with the internal teams to identify opportunities in pursuits and projects.Networking:Attend K-12 based conferences and join K-12 based organizations (A4LE, NCASBO, NCSBA, etc.) as an LS3P representative to network and identify potential clients.Develop and maintain a strong business network to serve as a reliable source of information and leads.Specialty Educational Services for Clients:Provide specialty consulting services to school districts, if needed, based on previously developed educational expertise. (Operational efficiency recommendations, demographic and redistricting studies, programming, budgeting, NCDPI grant assistance, etc.)Life at LS3PTogether, we are building the skylines of the Southeast.Our values articulate our beliefs and ground us in a common culture.
