X-Ray/CT Technologist Location: Santa Rosa, California A well-established healthcare provider in Santa Rosa, California is seeking a full-time X-Ray/CT Technologist to join its diagnostic imaging team. This role offers a balanced day-shift schedule and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment in the heart of Sonoma County. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality X-ray and CT procedures according to established protocols Administer contrast media as prescribed, monitoring for adverse reactions Assist physicians during interventional or contrast-enhanced studies, maintaining sterile technique Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, adhering to infection control guidelines Perform routine equipment checks and quality control procedures to ensure proper function Support other team functions such as front desk reception or clerical tasks as needed Report and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions; submit service requests when necessary Qualifications Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) required Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license California Fluoroscopy certificate (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire) BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Venipuncture certification or equivalent (may obtain within 90 days of hire) 1-2 years of clinical experience in radiography; must be able to independently perform CT within 6 months Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care and safety Benefits Include Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plans Paid time off and holiday pay Professional development support Collaborative work culture in a respected regional healthcare system Santa Rosa offers a vibrant lifestyle in the heart of wine country, with easy access to coastal escapes, redwood forests, and cultural attractions.
