Summary:
We are looking for a candidate with customer service experience to join our team and experience the support, camaraderie and satisfaction that comes from working with a family-oriented professional company. Corporate, lien search or DMV experience a plus. Applicants should be computer-knowledgeable, show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication and be organized and detail-oriented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Directly contacting clients – processing orders, resolving issues, answering questions
· Responding promptly to client questions and concerns
· Helping clients use Cogency Global’s proprietary applications (training provided)
· Retrieving documents from various online state agency databases
· Filing documents with various online state agency databases
· Working with public offices and commercial agents on the client's behalf
· Guiding clients through the process of working with state and local public offices
· Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
· Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Job Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong prioritization and time management skills, as well as problem solving skills.
· Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight.
· Strong computer skills with ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel and Outlook software).
· Prior corporate, lien search, or DMV knowledge/paralegal experience is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree.
