This role serves as the operational owner of our Shopify e-commerce environment and connected third-party software, acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, external development vendors, and internal users.While this role oversees the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) architecture, the primary focus is on Shopify platform management. The Web Systems Manager will guide web workflows and interface updates by collaborating closely with our 3rd-party web design and development teams for implementation.Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToPlatform & E-Commerce Management (Primary Focus):Own the configuration, maintenance, and performance monitoring of the Shopify e-commerce platform.Manage and troubleshoot integrations with systems such as commission software, analytics tools, and customer portals.Identify system inefficiencies or redundancies and drive improvement initiatives to reduce reliance on manual processes.UI Design & User Experience:Guide UI/UX optimization initiatives, including the ongoing redesign of the Artist Back Office, in partnership with external design teams.Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure ongoing enhancements to the user experience.Vendor & Tech Partner Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison for the 3rd-party web design and development team.Translate business requirements into technical actions and clear requirements for external partners.Oversee implementation timelines, support requests, SLA adherence, and platform escalations.Quality Assurance & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Oversee QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for any new web features, integrations, or platform changes prior to launch.Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, and the Product CGI Artist to ensure platform alignment with company goals and seamless asset integration.IT & Internal Systems Support:Manage employee onboarding and offboarding for key digital tools.Handle account management and permissions for Slack, Google Workspace, and Monday.com.Qualifications5+ years of experience in e-commerce platform management and web systems.Advanced, proven experience managing Shopify (or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms) and third-party app integrations.Experience guiding digital product workflows and overseeing e-commerce UI/UX optimizations.Experience managing and communicating with external development vendors/agencies.Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus.Benefit Offerings IncludeMedicalVisionDental401kHSA matchGym reimbursementThe Pay Range For This Role Is80,000 - 90,000 USD per year(St. George, UT)
