The Operations Manager position shall require a Bachelor's degree. The Operations Manager will assist the Program Manager in overall management of the Program and shall be prepared to perform the duties of the Program Manager if required.Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments. Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel. Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training. The employee shall be able to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively.
