Job DetailsOur client is seeking two dependable and detail-oriented Billing Clerks to join their team in Fayetteville, AR. These positions are responsible for supporting daily accounting and operational functions while ensuring accuracy in billing, vehicle records, and dealership transactions. The ideal candidate for the Billing Clerk role will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple deadlines.The Billing Clerk will play an important role in maintaining accurate documentation and supporting financial processes related to vehicle sales and dealership operations. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous billing, accounting, office administration, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate vehicle inventory and dealership recordsPost vehicle deals and review paperwork for completeness and accuracyVerify financial documents and supporting sales informationCalculate and process sales commissionsAssist with dealer trade transactions and documentationProcess warranty cancellations and registrationsReview contracts and billing documents for errors or discrepanciesCommunicate with internal departments regarding transaction detailsMaintain organized filing systems and financial recordsSupport accounting and administrative operations as neededEnsure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive informationQualificationsPrevious billing, accounting, dealership, or office administration experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of accounting and financial processesProficiency in Microsoft Office, including ExcelStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent required
