Salary will be $16.39 per hour
Part‑time position working up to 25 hours per week (Monday‑Friday or 4‑day work week as an option)

Our Workforce Development programs, including Career Camp and Self‑Advocacy training , help participants build career skills, confidence, and independence through hands‑on learning, interview preparation, and career exploration. A Snapshot Of What You'll Do
Provide general administrative and office support
Maintain client records and enter data accurately in internal systems
Track referrals, authorizations, and required documentation
Assist with reporting and ensure timely submission of data
Support client intake, communication, and family inquiries
Collaborate with staff and assist with program operations as needed
Qualifications
Certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and at least 6 months of related experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to learn database systems quickly
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to meet the approved driver qualifications in order to drive a personal vehicle, as required, to meetings and for other business‑related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
