Job title INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS LEAD Reports to IMS SUPERVISOR Job Purpose The Inventory Management Lead position is responsible for all transactions and movements within the ERP system and for the accuracy of the Company's inventory. They will support the IMS Supervisor in their duties. This position must provide support and supervision of the daily activities of the IMS team, making sure that the physical inventory and what is showing in the ERP system (PLEX) are the same, while ensuring physical and PLEX accuracy is achieved. Duties and Responsibilities Manage/perform daily counts, to ensure all inventory is accurate and report findings. Leads the cycle counters and issues cycle counts that need to be done each day. Provides ongoing training of PLEX/Inventory staff personnel. Works closely with IMS Workers to ensure daily cycle counts, inventory adjustments and FG labels to help with inventory accuracy. Research discrepancies, check expiration dates, verify product. Works closely with Warehouse, QA, Production, Shipping and Logistics. Model, support the CandyCo Safety Culture, strive for 100% Safety Policy compliance. Knowledge and daily compliance of all GMP and food safety programs. Perform any/all duties assigned by the IMS Supervisor fulfilling the company needs. Qualifications Minimum 1 year inventory or warehouse experience. Must have strong PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and math skills. Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis. Must have strong positive communication and work ethic. Have a positive attitude and lead by example. Must be able to speak and write in both English and Spanish Working Conditions Must be able to work any/all shifts as directed. Must be able to work overtime as necessary, including Holidays and/or weekends. Must be able to adhere to all safety programs and procedures. Physical Requirements A non-slip resistant work shoe. Hair restraint and beard net (if needed), and Food Safety gloves as required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
