School Based Clinician Per Diem

Per Diem School-Based Clinician Harmonia Collaborative Care partners closely with local schools to support students’ emotional well-being where they learn and grow. We are seeking a Per Diem School-Based Clinician who values collaboration, flexibility, and excellence in care. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact within the school community while delivering thoughtful, responsive, and relationship-based support.
