We have a supportive shop culture where skilled craftspeople can grow and do their best work.The Role We're looking for an experienced, versatile Stone Setter to join our production team in Chicago near Midway International Airport. You'll work alongside fellow setters, polishers, bench jewelers, and our QC team — reporting to the Production Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate availability.What You'll DoSet all stone types across a variety of setting styles, including prong, bezel, pavé, channel, bead/bright-cut, and othersWork on a mix of production and custom fine jewelry piecesCollaborate closely with the bench and QC team to maintain our high quality standardsHandle stones of all sizes and shapes with precision and careWhat We're Looking ForSeasoned, professional stone setter with significant hands-on experienceProficiency in all major setting styles and stone typesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to work efficiently in a production environment without sacrificing craftsmanshipTeam player who communicates well across departmentsCompensation & Schedule$30 – $40/hr based on experienceMonday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMFull-time, on-sitePartially company-paid healthcare planPaid time off
