Senior Benefits Analyst and Compliance Partner

DigiKey is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst and Compliance Partner to join our Total Rewards team. In this critical role, you will lead data analytics, compliance oversight, and regulatory reporting for our Group Benefit and Wellness Programs. This position plays a key role in ensuring our plans remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational strategy.What You’ll Do• Develop, maintain, and analyze standard reports for benefits, wellness, and leave programs• Support new vendor implementations and ensure compliance with DigiKey specifications• Partner with the Workday HRIS team on configuration and automated processes• Oversee plan compliance, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA requirements• Manage plan documents, filings, annual audits, nondiscrimination testing, and Form 5500s• Drive continuous improvement and help build data-driven business cases• Support Open Enrollment planning, testing, configuration, and employee experience• Liaise with vendors, carriers, consultants, and internal stakeholders on benefit analytics and data transfer• Evaluate census data and ensure accuracy across reporting and processesWhat We're Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field OR equivalent experience• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical skills• Advanced Excel capabilities; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills• Continuous improvement mindsetPreferred• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations• Experience with Workday configuration or testing• Background leading enterprise‑wide initiativesWork ModelHybrid role with standard onsite days on Monday and Wednesday.
