He holds a degree from St. Lawrence University, served as a Regular Army officer, and later graduated from law school, adding a unique depth of experience to the firm.Position Summary: As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves supervising job sites, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and construction personnel.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address issues and provide updates.Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and licenses.Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in construction management software and tools.Benefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and advancementCasual and comfortable working environment
