Position Summary:BH/SUD Grant and Research Program Manager will act as an extension and strategic partner to the VP of Clinical Design, playing a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of the strategy and vision for the Office of Clinical Design. This role is responsible for streamlining activities within the department based on the priorities of the VP and senior leadership team to ensure the alignment and execution of the organization's strategic goals. The role oversees the daily management of the grant and research division, facilitates communication and collaboration amongst team members, and manages behavioral health/substance use disorder as well as vulnerable population special projects. Additional responsbilities include event planning, report writing, data analysis, submission of reports to state and other grant entities. Professional presentation skills are required. Individual should be instrumental in project planning, execution, and ensuring team members meet deadlines and adhere to project timelines. This individual must possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, healthcare environment.This is a hybrid work environment allowing flexibility between working remote versus on site. Work hours will be standard day shift Mon - Fri with the occasional after hours or weekends as needed. This is a grant funded position.Position Qualification:Bachelor's Degree or some college with 5 years experience in substance use disorder or grants/research.
