Associate Systems Engineer

Working with a world-leading aerospace company that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, telecommunications equipment, and missiles worldwide. They are a major contractor for the U.S. government and NASA, known for innovation and global impact.The Role Contribute to systems engineering efforts on development, production, and sustainment programs. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, verification, and test criteria. Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, human factors, and security. Support program design reviews and technical assessments, tracking requirements, risks, and technology readiness. Help adopt modern systems engineering methods, such as Model-Based Systems Engineering. Opportunity to work on advanced defense and weapon systems.What You'll Need Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Physics. 2 or more years of related engineering experience. Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required). Prior Systems Engineering experience (e.g., system design, requirements development, V&V). Experience with Aircraft, Mission Systems, and/or Weapon System development is a plus. Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., Cameo, SysML) or technical tools like DOORS, Python, C#, C++.What's On Offer Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
