Primary Care Assistant - RN - Mercy Lebanon Primary Care- Part Time

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: This position is Part Time @ Mercy Clinic Primary Care Lebanon Schedule: 10 hour days Tuesday and Wednesday Minimum Requirements: Education: Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Licensure : Active RN licensure Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Works well as a member of a team and willing to collaborate with all members of the care team · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Customer service orientation · Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills · Flexible and positive attitude · Attention to detail and accuracy · Self-directed and able to perform tasks that are in scope of practice independently with minimal oversight Why Mercy?
